This leash is perfect as a standard leash or traffic handle, go hands-free by wearing as a waist belt or cross-body, quickly tether your dog when needed, attach to multiple pets, or use as a safety strap by connecting to your dog's collar and harness. This leash is perfect for blazing the trails or exploring the town.

Use the Convertible Leash 8+ Ways:

• Standard Leash: use the convertible leash just like any regular leash. Attach the handle end to the upper fixed D-ring to create a handle, and clip the lower end to your dog.
• Mid-Length Leash: slide the O-ring and keepers to your desired location, and clip handle end to the O-ring for a custom length.
• Traffic Leash: for a shorter leash, attach the handle end to the lower D-ring closest to your dog.
• Safety Strap: connect one end to your dog's collar and the other to a harness or secondary collar for dual control and a backup connection for safety.
• Multi-Dog Lead: clip each end to a dog and hold the leash in the middle. You can also move the sliding O-ring to the middle position and attach our 12" traffic leash to add a handle. 
• Hands-Free Around Your Waist or Crossbody: go hands-free by wearing the leash around your waist by attaching the handle end to the sliding O-ring and adjust for the perfect fit. The longer versions can also be worn cross-body. (As body sizes vary, be sure to determine the length needed to fit before ordering if you intend to use the leash hands-free.)
• Tether: attach handle end to any of the connection points to quickly secure your dog to a restaurant table or chair - always under supervision!

• Brass hardware will oxidize or patina over time and may leave a mark on the collar, leash, or fur. Please be aware of this when choosing your hardware.
• The hardware finish may wear or scratch, but it does not affect the strength or integrity of the hardware. Black and rainbow hardware are more prone to faster wear and scratching.
